Exceptional
Best of the best. Even those who don't usually care for tech had nice things to say when I got it. Truly a game changer for gaming when it comes to gaming for both single and multiplayer games due to the great color and high refresh rate.I tried to test it out in store before purchase, and while I could tell the difference, it wasn't until I had one personally did I really see the drastic difference between my old 4k VA and this one. I would recommend adjusting the color a bit if you notice something's off. Supposedly these are not calibrated as nicely as the URX model and I personally had to drop the red a few points and it's all good - worth the savings in my opinion.I will also note that despite having VRR/G-sync off, I don't see any screen tearing - in case you're worrying about any potential vrr flicker. Display screen compression hasn't been noticeable as well.

BEST value, $100 cheaper than the MPG, $225 less than PG32UCDM/FO32U2P/G80SD/LG32GS95UV
This monitor has been exactly what I was looking for and is so far and away a better experience than my previous IPS monitor. In my eyes, this is the model to get if you are in the US and looking for an OLED that isn't completely absurd in price, i.e., those that cost $1200+. The higher framerate for games that I am able to reach while using 4k is only slightly noticeable from 165hz but it is noticeable. I would say that the near-instant response times from OLED are quite noticeable however and combined with the clarity that 4k provides in conjunction with the perfect contrast, the monitor plays MUCH BETTER.In single player games especially, the benefits of OLED are just so immersive and adds a new layer to games. Scenes that were once washed out, grey/blue tinged, and overly bright in general are now properly darkened and lit correctly. It really is something that needs to be seen in person in direct comparison to non-OLED tech. It is markedly different and just flat out fun.The only difference between this and the MPGURX is that the URX carries 90W power for charging stuff at your desk, while this one is at 15W. I have been using this plug for charging my phone at my desk and it is a really nice addition. I can see where I would enjoy the 90W version with the MPGURX but at the time, that model was out of stock and was about $100 more. The controls for picture quality and the settings you are quickly able to change to your liking are really easy to use. The burn-in protection features are really nice as well and not obstructive really at all. I have taskbar detection on, static icon on, pixel shift on, and run panel protect every 4-6 hours and have had nothing as far as burn-in goes.

First OLED gaming monitor but top notch
I upgraded to this monitor from a ASUS Rog IPS for reference which had a refresh rate of 175hz. The biggest improvement of all is the visuals as the colors, darks, lighting - they just all are better. It literally made even just load screens of a video game like COD Black Ops 6 look better. The level of detail this monitor provides is just very nice.. It has this matte/glossy screen, which, when I read about it I thought uh oh, maybe it'll have a lot of glare.. Nope, no glare, the screen has a light gloss finish yes - but I sit at a desk with lighting just up above and behind me - never a issue. This more a semi-gloss type of screen.Theres lots of options to change your profile for gaming/etc etc.. The center bottom button gets you instantly to your different profiles - from there, you can toggle back and forth on whatever mode you want quick.I game a lot and the monitor offers very silky smooth visuals - no ghosting, tearing. I did however study up on the OLED care program built in.. You want to be sure you set this up properly because from factor, it's not as aggressive as it should be. This is to help safeguard the lifespan of your OLED.. So just search for best settings - I recommend go Aggressive as heck. And with all that, i've not noticed any difference whatsoever in performance.I love the tilt and being able to move monitor up and down. Unlike cheaper monitors, you have to work around the monitor to get at best height or angle - these higher end monitors are made with better Quality of Life features. I do kind of wish the base wasn't so gigantic but this is a heavy monitor - maybe the base is heavy, not sure.. It's not a cheap monitor that weighs next to nothing so guess you got to have that support.

Good monitor!
Recent changes to this monitor’s firmware now have the panel protect function run automatically when the monitor enters sleep mode. For the first 6 months or so this was a MAJOR annoyance but is no longer the case. Ensure you have updated your firmware from the MSI support site. The high refresh rate and contrast ratio make this an excellent monitor suitable for virtually any application. Due to the high bandwidth, DSC is necessary for the highest refresh rates at 1440p. Nvidia driver issues can cause black screens when switching between refresh rates so be aware this is not the monitor’s fault if you encounter this issue. The monitor has an excellent build quality. The presence of usb c input means you can have two displayport connections simultaneously, even use them simultaneously with side by side or picture in picture features. My only real gripe might be the glossy screen which is highly susceptible to scratches and fingerprints.
