This is an excellent product. I use it on my feet when I’m hiking and are running to prevent blisters. I have very difficult to fit feet and always have blister issues but with this product I do not. It’s also good for other body parts that might have chafing issues. I use it on the waistband of my running tights cause sometimes they rub on my belly button and it hurts, but this keeps that from happening. I never do a road race without this product.

I have had an enlarged testicle for years — mishap from an exercise bike. I tried different supportive underwear, jock straps to try to hold it in place. Rubbing against my thigh all the time. Constantly “adjusting myself” down there.This product largely solves it! My private equipment slides as needed and doesn’t need much adjusting. Comfortable in changing positions. Try it.
