I can't recommend this product enough! It works wonders for the cardiovascular your system. It improves your heart health and helps eradicate oxidative stress. Heart disease takes way too many lives and by the time you need the medication from the doctor, you're already at such a high risk.

I believe this product is hazardous. The RDA for Niacin for women is about 14mg who are not pregnant. The recommended dosage of this product is 250mg of Niacin in 2 capsules. I thought I was having a stroke after taking this product. I felt like I was on fire. I had to call Poison Control for help. Horrible. Why would anyone think that much Niacin was a good idea?

I recently learned my cholesterol was elevated so after researching natural remedies I decided upon this product. I took one capsule yesterday as the directions indicated. Almost immediately I felt flush and tingly/itchy on my face and arms. I wasn't entirely convinced this product was responsible so I took one more capsule today. Within 2 minutes the same side effects appeared only significantly worse. I literally was concerned about my well-being. I've never had hives before but my reaction was similar. I won't be using this product again.

I tried it, unfortunately, I am allergic to it so got all the side effects after taking it, however, it is good value and I am sure others can benefit from it.

I took this supplement 3 times and each time I experienced a rash that enveloped my entire body. I felt like I was on fire for more than an hour along with dizziness and nausea. The product contains niacin which often causes "Niacin Flush" in most people which is said not to be harmful but it is extremely unpleasant especially if you don't know what caused your symptoms. I'm throwing the rest away, such a shame.

I didn't have a chance to see if it lowered my cholesterol because after taking it I got very hot and broke out in a rash. I stopped and then restarted the product two or three times and the same thing happened. I threw away the rest of the bottle.
