Better then i expected it would be
So i bought this August 11, 2020, its been a little over 30 days and i have to say this is probably the best product i have ever tried to help with anxiety, lets get into details to help those who are looking for relief as well and want to compare symptoms and what this actually helps fix.Right off the back i bought this after doing tons of research and trying to find a something i could take to help with anxiety that would not have adverse side effects and make me feel dependent on any particular medication in order function. My symptoms for anxiety are, tingling of hands and or feet, elevated heart rate, tension headaches, dry eyes, numbness, palpitations, personality changes and arrhythmia. So as you can see i definitely needed something to help with this as i was having a melting pot of symptoms, now these all stem from me being a hypochondriac and constantly in my head thinking something is wrong when in fact it is not and I'm actually fine. but that's what anxiety is right, making you feel off when you're actually fine.I found this product and began to look deeper into the benefits of magnesium and i was shocked to find out this mineral is responsible for over 300 functions in our body and with current American diets we don't consume enough food to ensure we are receiving our recommended amount of MG. Leafy greens, nuts, oats and some fresh fruit are the only known sources naturally for magnesium. Now lets be honest with ourselves, unless you are eating a completely healthy diet and you don't consume unnecessary food then you can be sure you are not getting enough MG. The stats on various website ( not citing them you can look them up there are plenty) show that the average individual is suffering form a MG deficiency, which include and or not limited to numbness, tingling, muscle cramps, seizures, muscle spasms, personality changes and abnormal heart rhythms. I had a good portion of these symptoms as stated above.Upon taking this product, the very first pill (i swear i kid you not ) i felt an immediate change in mood and sense of smell. Later on i began to notice my eye sight was sharper (not that it was bad at all) i could just make out things that use to be blurry and i had double vision that was going away. The anxiety didn't go down until about three days in, i noticed my attacks were very frequent and almost non existent but they had there moments, Muscle spasms didn't stop until i upped the dosage to two pills a day ( i started with one as i wanted to adjust my body to receiving MG from a supplement and to see for side effects), my mood was also better i wasn't having so many swings from feeling good to being aggravated and not wanting to be bothered. Here are my general stats to aid in you finding a solution Age: 32 Race: African-American/Black Gender: Male Body Type: Muscular with fatAll in all i think this product is fantastic and i have been recommending it to friends and family non stop. If you are suffering from some of the symptoms i labeled and or just have anxiety or you just want to be more health conscious, then i highly advise you to start here. Thank you for coming to my TED talk and if you read the whole thing you are definitely are looking to better your health and i hope you meet and exceed your goals.

Sleep Supplement Review
I've been taking this supplement about an hour before bed, and it's really helped me fall asleep faster and sleep more restfully—without relying on harsh sleep medications. The standard dose is two tablets, but I’ve found that just half of one tablet is enough for me to get a good night's sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. The only downside is the size of the pill—it’s pretty large and can be tough to swallow, especially if you have trouble with big pills like I do. It usually takes me a few swallows to get it down. Still, the results are worth it!

Good option for magnesium supplements
I have been taking this for a few weeks and it seems to be helping. I mainly got it for sleep and muscle cramps and have noticed some improvement. The tablets are a little bigger than some other supplements but still easy enough to take.I like that it uses the glycinate form which is supposed to be easier on the stomach and better absorbed. So far I have not had any side effects or stomach issues. The fact that it is vegan and free of a lot of common allergens is a plus too.If you are looking for a simple magnesium supplement, this one does the job.

100mg Elemental per Tablet, Low Metal content, Better absorption even without stomach acid
+ Many forms require adequate stomach acid, this one does not.+ Not Buffered - Some magnesium bisglycinate on the market is “buffered”, which usually means that magnesium oxide has been “mixed in” with the magnesium bisglycinate. This makes the product cheaper but also less absorbed and useful, and unfortunately, companies often won’t mention whether or not they are using a “buffered” form. Doctors Best says its unbuffered.+ 100mg ELEMENTAL magnesium per tablet. Many brands state the amount of magnesium glycinate/bisglycinate, but not the amount of absorbable elemental magnesium. Magnesium Bisglycinate unbuffered in a pure form has about 14% of 'elemental' magnesium.+ Bonded to Glycine for better Absorption without GI discomfort, the bond is easily broken so the body can get to and use the magnesium. Some forms no matter how much you take, the body is barely able to break the bond and use it.+ Rated by labdoor to contain low metals.- Tablets may be a bit large for some. See photo vs the smallest Bioschwartz Magnesium Bisglycinate. That is one option although the elemental magnesium per capsule is around 1/4 of that of a DB tablet. Or a Magnesium Chloride Oil to be absorbed through the skin.- Magnesium Stearate and Stearic AcidMagnesium can’t just be by itself as a molecule, it has to be bound to something else to be stable. The biggest difference in different magnesium products is not from the magnesium itself (which is all the same) but from the molecule its bonded to. If you are taking your magnesium in a form where the bond is hard to break such as Magnesium Oxide, then you might as well be taking nothing at all because most will just pass right through you. In other words, it is like there is crazy glue holding the magnesium to its carrier, and if your body can't break the bond, then you won't absorb much if any. Magnesium Bisglycinate is bonded to Glycine which allows the Magnesium to more effectively pass through the intestine. This allows for maximum absorption of what you take without the digestive discomfort generally associated with Magnesium supplementation. The bond in this form is easily broken so the body can get to the magnesium and therefore makes a good option for a supplement. The other part - Glycine is a relaxant, so it may work well for anxiety. The amount stated per tablet is 100mg Elemental. Many times the amount stated per capsule is the amount of magnesium bisglycinate chelate it has, and NOT the amount of elemental magnesium it has. Magnesium Bisglycinate unbuffered in a pure form has about 14% of absorbable 'elemental' magnesium. In other words, they would need around 1429mgs, almost 1 1/2 grams of magnesium bisglycinate in two pills to attain 200mg of elemental magnesium as in two tablets here of doctors best.Taking 520 of Magnesium Chloride will have around 62mg elemental so always know the amount of elemental you are getting, and consider the absorption rate of the form, as some forms like oxide may only absorb 4% of the elemental you take in and require stomach acid so may not be very useful.Magnesium needs Vitamin B6 to enter the cell, and Vitamin B6 needs Magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamin B2 to convert to its active form. So those low on mag for awhile might want to consider adding some P5P (active form of B6 that wont require conversion for the body to use). Boron enhances the body's ability to use calcium, magnesium, as well as vitamin D and helps to prevent calcium and magnesium from being lost in the urine. Around 3mg/day such as pure encapsulations (no filler) or life extension if you dont eat boron foods regularly.Magnesium will detox cells so you might need to increase slowly if you have been low awhile. The vast majority of people are deficient in magnesium due to factors such as the presence of heavy metals like mercury or aluminum, Sugar and Phytic Acid in nuts, grains and legumes both increase Mag elimination, caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, Vitamin D taken in excess lowers magnesium as well also vitamin a and potassium, heavy sweating such as endurance sports, night sweats, hot flashes, phosphates in sodas, deli meats, cereals bind to mag. Wifi and EMF also do as well. For the money, this seems to be one of the better options unless you wish to pay a higher price for no fillers from pure encapsulations which also has a good metal rating.Has my review been of help to you? If so, would you consider hitting the "helpful" button below? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Game Changer
I hadn't had a good night's sleep more than 6 hours in over 10 years (since having children). I thought it was just a mom thing- that feeling of always being on alert. Of course docs dismissed it, and chatgpt lead me to this product. Omg, it's been a game changer for me. My sleep quality has improved tremendously.

Gentle on the stomach, really works
I’ve tried other magnesium supplements before, but they either upset my stomach or didn’t feel effective. This one is different — I feel more relaxed, my sleep has improved, and no digestive issues at all. I take it daily now and notice a clear difference in my energy and muscle tension.
