Good, not as pictured, but AMAZING customer service
Updating this review accordingly and as time progresses.First week with these cameras: the cameras and monitor received are not as pictured (no silver removable lens hood on cameras anymore and the visual sound bar is on the top of the screen, not on the side of the monitor screen). Contacted the seller: they are very responsive and explained the updated version (included a photo of the box with an accurate photo of the cameras and monitor we received).Despite that, so far so good on this one; we have owned several baby monitors/cameras (including the high end, expensive options, cheap basic ones and some old school ones too). Overall a quick setup, easy to use right out of the box… Mounted one camera in the baby room and the other in the kiddos room. Features are nice, video quality is good, range seems decent (took it outside on the side deck, where the signal is bad with some of our other monitors, and this one had a full signal with no issues). Temperature readings seem accurate and the ability to toggle between cameras and split screen is helpful with multiple kiddos/rooms. (Note: Wide angle view on individual camera screen is ok and the split screen allows a snapshot type view, but this camera will not allow or accommodate an add on lens).Update: Seller is very helpful and sent us parts (first monitor had charging issues). Will update this review on the battery life /charging capabilities of the monitor over time. Seller is wonderful. I would buy any product they sell, simply based on customer service.Overall happy with this purchase. We did buy the 3 year protection plan as well.

Perfect!
I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby and my other 2 are young and still need cameras in their rooms. I wanted something that I could see all 3 rooms at the same time. I also knew I didn’t want WiFi and wanted great audio and visual. We previously had been using the Infant Optics DXR-8 for 4 years which was ok but we didn’t love it. I decided to try this monitor on a whim because it didn’t break the bank and met all of the requirements we wanted. I am so glad I did! We absolutely love it!!! Both the audio and visuals are great! The background noise reduction is wonderful! On our old monitor all we could hear was my kids’ humidifiers running. Now we don’t even hear them and only hear when one of the kids is making noise. There are so many customizations and options to make it operate exactly how you want. This is by far the best thing I’ve purchased in years! I feel so much better now about being able to see 3 kids in 3 rooms. Game changer!!!! And you can’t beat the price! I would 100% recommend this over Infant Optics monitors

Great product, not the typical use
The media could not be loaded. We bought this to use in our goat barn for kidding season to allow us to keep tabs on our mommas in their kidding pens. The one in the video is actually in a stall but can pan up to some of the outer barn. Works great with great range. It was super simple to setup and pair. We bought 3 cameras total to have one in each of our three stalls. I also have a vtech in the others but they do not tilt. This one has better resolution than our vtechs. I also get more coverage with this than the vtech. I can see the goats through most of my house with this and that signal is going through both the barn and the house, so if you are using it for its intended use I wouldn't think you would have a problem getting signal. The night vision is clear too and a lot better than my vtechs. All around for my purpose it is a great system.

Good Product, HORRIBLE customer service
I bought this monitor about 16 months ago and loved it. Part of why I bought it was because the company offered a 2 year warranty. Well about 3 weeks ago, I noticed that it would say fully charged when I unplugged it, and then within seconds go to 0 battery and die. I recorded it doing that and sent that video, along with my receipt of purchase to the support e-mail address. The response I got back basically said that "they recently went to a 1 year warranty, so there was nothing they can do." After e-mailing them again and receiving no response, I e-mailed a different support e-mail listed on their website. Again, they asked for a video, my amazon order number, and the serial number on my product, which I provided, and I also forwarded the previous e-mail exchange. Today, I received the same e-mail about them recently going to a 1 year warranty, so there was nothing they could do. I would think that if you purchased the product before the date they went to a 1 year warranty, that the company would still honor the 2 year warranty that was included when it was purchased. So while the monitor is great, I just cannot recommend the product due to these completely shady business practices.
