Hard to swallow
The first time I bought this product they were capsules, a few days ago I bought them again and they are very large tablets, I have to cut them in half to swallow them.

Not recommended. Product changed from capsules to large tablets
When I purchased this product before it came in easy to swallow capsules. Now it comes in large tablets which I found hard to swallow. I do not recommend this product.

These tablets are large and difficult to swallow. Almost the size of a dime, but thicker! You have been warned!

Do not buy, can’t swallow
Do not buy this item. I have been getting this supplement for years. It has always been in capsule form, this time I got tablets, the size of a penny and they are impossible to swallow unless you cut them up, which is a real hassle.The product page says eligible returns until February 4, 2025, but when I tried to return them, it said not eligible for returns.I don’t know what to do, if I reorder this items, PAYING AGAIN, I can’t be sure I would get capsules!Not happy!

Too big to swallow
I bout these once before and loved them because I could tell a difference in my hair growth, they were capsules and easy to swallow, BUT, I guess they have switched to pills, so it’s like trying to swallow a penny now. I will not buy them anymore!! Terrible.
