Baby Monitor Long Range No WiFi, 2 Wide View Cameras, Baby Room Temperature Display, 4.3" Split Screen, Auto Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, Lullaby

I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old who don't sleep in the same room yet, so having a monitor where I can view and hear both of them is essential. I had a single monitor I liked but didn't want to deal with having 2 monitors to charge, tote around, etc., so I got this one. I didn't think my old single monitor had bad night vision until I got this, it's a whole level up!I don't write reviews often, but this company is so awesome I just had to; read on and you'll see why.Here's my breakdown:PROS:1. Great battery life! Even with the screen on it lasts all night if we forget to plug it in. I don't think it's as long as the advertised 14 hrs, but it never is as long as they say with any product. This has the best battery of any monitor with this size screen that I've seen.2. Excellent night vision, and the infrared light on the camera isn't noticeable in the dark3. Split screen is good, and controls are intuitive.4. Temperature calibration. I've never seen this feature on another monitor. Usually, the temperature probe on the camera measures way to high, like at least 10 deg F, either due to sensitivity issues or placement in the room. Being able to adjust this so it's giving me an accurate reading is really cool.5. Best customer service I've ever experienced!About 10 months after we got this thing, the monitor stopped holding a charge. I reached out to moonybaby and they instructed me to test it out to determine if it was the monitor or the battery that needed replacement. At first we thought it was the battery because it was working plugged in without the battery in, so they expedited a new battery to me... but before the night was over the monitor would no longer power on; I guess when it went out, it went out in parts, then fully. Regardless of having already sent me a battery, they expedited me a brand new monitor, and didn't ask me to send back the new battery or the old monitor. And it got here the next day! On a Sunday.CONS:1. Power button is hard to press, like you're not sure if it is pressed or not because it's so hard/sticky. The replacement monitor we got was a lot better, so maybe it was only our original monitor that was the issue.2. Microphones are overly sensitive and a bit tinny. But I'm not recording an acapella album here, so this never bothered me. Many might find the sensitivity a good thing. I never have to have the volume up past level 2 or 3.3. No clock on the screen.OTHER:Can't hear both cameras at the same time, but that's literally all the multi-camera monitors out there. There is a feature to scan between the cameras for 10 seconds at a time, which is as good as it gets.

I love this baby monitor. I use it to watch not only my toddler but my autistic son while they sleep at night just to make sure they both are safe. The screen is great quality and is not grainy, if it does get this way the built in antenna is excellent to fix that. The light on the camera is on the back of it so it isn’t bright in their rooms when hung up, the options on the camera are very useful for us with the split screen & brightness & more, volume options are fantastic (on or off options too). My monitor went bad after 2.5 years, I contacted the company and they are sending me a complimentary replacement. I appreciate that they stand behind their product by this action alone. I will be recommending this monitor to as many parents I know. I highly recommend this monitor and company.

We have had a few baby monitors and this is one of the better ones. Dual cameras have good resolution even in the dark. We did have a problem with the monitor itself 10 months after owning it. None of the buttons worked, but the monitor still performed as needed. We reached out to customer support and they had a replacement within the week. Realize that the monitor gets constant abuse from adults dropping it to kids carrying it around so all in all I think it held up very well. And for the company to replace it no questions asked is a win in my book.

I contacted the company due to a volume button issue (See my original review below) and they are sending me a new monitor. Customer service was awesome! I have increased my review to 4 stars due to the quick replacement. As in my original review, I do love this monitor and the split screen for my kids. I am so pleased they responded quickly and fixed the issue. All companies can have product issues from time-to-time, but this is exactly how a company should respond. I would recommend this monitor now due to the service they provided.Original Review: I really wanted to love this monitor (and did), but we haven't even been using it a full 3 months and the Volume button UP has stopped working. The Monitor is stuck on Mute and completely useless! I can see in the question section that someone else has had this mute issue, so it is not a one-off bad monitor I received. I cannot recommend this monitor even though I liked it at first. $100 is too expensive to not last 3 months.

This is my first review on Amazon only because this monitor is King! We have two boys aged two years apart and this monitor is amazing quality and amazing battery life comparably speaking. After a year of having it though the charger port got messed up and no matter what angle the charger was at the monitor was not staying charged. I reached out to customer service and they asked a couple of trouble shooting questions and we landed on the fact that it just needed to be replaced. They sent a replacement, but in the meantime we went to Target to grab a different split monitor to use in the meantime while it was being shipped. My gosh was the Motorola from target absolutely terrible. I thought buying the moonybaby was a cheaper option but to my surprise the features that this monitor has completely outshines anything in stores. Luckily our replacement came in the next day because we couldn’t go another day without the moonybaby split monitor. The night vision on this thing is very crisp and the battery life can last us a whole night and then even a nap before having to charge it back up. The split screen is super simple and the buttons and workings on the monitor are just super easy and common sense. The “other” monitor had crazy loud clicks every time you hit a button and you had to go through multiple clicks to get to one screen or the other. I honestly can’t believe they sell those things in stores. Moonybaby should be sold everywhere.
