A difference in mental sharpness and better sleep noted immediately. I bought them for both. As I'm aging I find that I struggle with sleep and a racing mind. This has made such an amazing difference for me!I initially took a dose of just 2 and I felt tired during the day. I then took 1 before bed and found they didn't help me get to sleep right away, so I started taking 1, 4-6 hours before bed. (I started off taking 1 because of my extreme fatigue I felt the first time I took 2) I am now up to taking two. I do not take the recommended dose of 4. 2 works for me. I get in bed tired and I now sleep for most of the night. I highly recommend-most of my friends are also taking it now because of my experience and they are all benefiting also! Not to mention all the other benefits of magnesium.

deep sleep. stress reduction
Health care provider suggested this specific form of Magnesium. 1st time using clear benefit and after 5 days using continued sustained help. Still use with my other Magnesium supplement too. However, this form of Magnesium taken 1-2 hours before sleep time enhances a deep sleep thru the entire night. if do wake up, no problem returning to that previous deep sleep state. Wake mentally refreshed and have the internal drive to do things (due to correct sleep) that otherwise no ability or interest in doing. Stress or worry is totally gone. Makes you feel great and if already great fantastic.

Noticed a Real Shift
I’ve been using this to help with sleep and focus, especially with ADHD challenges, and it’s honestly helped. I feel less scattered during the day and more mentally settled at night.It doesn’t knock me out or make me feel groggy, but it does help me wind down and stay on track without the usual mental fog. My thoughts feel clearer, and I’m not as easily distracted.No weird side effects, and it’s gentle on my stomach. I like that this uses Magtein, it’s supposed to be the most effective form for cognitive support, and I can see why.A little pricier than basic magnesium, but if focus and mental clarity are your goals, it’s worth it.

Cool and level headed
This was my first time trying magnesium l-threonate. I had supplemented other types of mag, so I wanted to see if it had an affect on the brain. From what I gathered, to those who are low on magnesium will notice some reaction and feel some calmness in the mind. Mind you, it's best to take at least before you go to bed, as I think it works great to rest the brain and recharge for the next day.

Great product
I can't leap any tall buildings after taking it, but I guess it's doing what it's supposed to. Purchased to aid with falling asleep faster, and I can't say that it helped me at all. Not a ding on the company or the product, it just didn't work any wonders for me but you might have a different result. Worth a try if you're suffering from insomnia.

put to the test and passed
I've been using these for a couple years now. They help me with sleep. I've done some non-scientific tests with them like not taking them for one, two, or three days and seeing how it impacts my sleep.I track my sleep patterns and these little white pills help me get a great, restorative nights sleep.I also found taking them earlier in the day helps more than if I take them late in the day. For example, I go to be around 9:30 PM. If I take them after 5, they have less impact. If I take them around 2 or 3 PM in the afternoon - my sleep is much better.

Good stuff
I have been taking it for quite a while. I think it is definitely helping me with my leg cramps. I have read that this form of magnesium is the only form that crosses the blood - brain barrier.

Improves my cognition
Two capsules at bedtime, another in the middle of the night, one in the morning and one mid-day. I definitely perceive that I have improved cognition!
