I've beent taking these for 3 weeks now and love them! I have noticed from the first couple days that i have more energy, I do not feel as bloated and after 3 weeks, i have noticed a little bit of weight loss, and i only take 3 capsules a day! im excited to continue this product as it makes me feel better both phyiscally and mentally. Value i feel is great. I have no issues taking it on an empty stomach. I havent noticed any necessary Pain Relief, but there are other products for that if needed. I feel the effectiveness is good so far.

Great quality liver, gave me crazy energy and set me on the path to organ meats and nutrient dense foods. The more I ate them over time the more the noticeable rush of energy subsided and I take that to indicate that whatever deficiency I had has recovered.However, the pills are just too big. I was taking 6+ a day including of other organs from this company but it injured my throat, getting stuck in a painful ball, no matter how much water I drank with it. I couldn’t just take my pills in one go, I have to space it out one or two every several hours and by that time I just forget. Even then swallowing can be painful and I feel them getting stuck in my throat creating a mild injury.The solution might be for small tablets, or a softer or more delicate casing (the rigidity is most of the issue). But for me right now the answer is to only very occasionally take a couple at a time and mostly I focus on eating healthy foods like whole sardines, anchovies, shellfish, and fatty fish. Eventually I will be brave enough to make a liver pate, but for now I am so much healthier than when I started.
