GREAT feeder, LONG lasting battery!
I leave the ease of setup! I didn't even have to read the manual. 5 minutes after opening the package I had it programmed, attached to my tank, and filled with food.I've had it about 6 months and have had 0 issues. Easy to adjust feeding amounts. I fill mine with a mix of flake and pellets. You can set to feed 3 times a day and up to 3 rotations each feeding...that's a LOT of food. I have 15 marine fish in my saltwater aquarium and I only feed them twice a day with 1 rotation each feeding...if I ever start another fish tank I will definitely buy another one of these!

Simple to use, and quiet!
I loved how easy it was to set up. This thing holds a LOT of food, and I have it set up alongside a timer for my lights. It's a godsend for someone as busy as me. Great price, lightweight, battery life has been good, and it's been working like a dream!Only thing I haven't used is the suction cups. And honestly? I probably won't. It's lightweight enough to be supported, I'm sure, but it's not worth the risk -- or the headache of adhering something to a glass top.

Worked well while on vacation for a week
Wasn’t sure how this would go but needed to feed my saltwater fish somehow while away on vacation. This didn’t trick. You definitely need to test it out first and adjust the feeder so it doesn’t dump too much food in there..which I think I ended up doing anyway. I’ll adjust accordingly for next time. Bottom line - fish got fed and lived through the week.

VACATION SAVER
I AM STILL WORKING ON SETTING THIS FEEDER UP BUT SO FAT IT IS A GREAT ITEM AND EASY TO SET UP AND OPERATE.BEING A GREAT FEEDER IT WOULD BE GREAT IF IT HAD A WIRELESS FUNCTION SO YOU CAN SIN IN YOUR LAZY CHAIR AND FEED THE FISH. I LIKE THIS PRODUCT REMEMBER WIRELESS REMOTE.

Perfect!
So far so good. Our last one was almost identical with exception of the screen I like to confirm settings. Also, the lit background goes dark after a second or two. Good if you have in in the bedroom. allows for up to 9 portions, 3 feedings a day. A good buy!

Poor Quality - Disappointed
Not as described - I purchased the blue expecting that it came with a blue back light but instead it came with a clear back light I was very disappointed in the purchase - plus I don’t like the fact that you have to set the time after every feeding - It should of been that once you set the time the feeder should automatically feed at the time it was set - this is the reason for one star

Many, Many annoying design flaws
It works - nominally. Just a list of reasons why I'm glad I only need it for a few days:1. Flimsy. Things fit...poorly. Things that should be tight aren't.2. Display is almost invisible. Very hard to read.3. Some tiny items shown in the display are clearly not meant for those with anything less than perfect eyesight.4. Attachment to an aquarium can be with a clamp, where you have a more traditional aquarium. I happen to have one with the fixed top part, and the clamp has no place to go. They provide a very sticky two-sided pad for this. The clamp comes off, and this highly adhesive pad is used to attach the feeder to the aquarium. This is going to be a nightmare to remove - the pad is very effective, and won't come off easily. Considering it's attached to the aquarium, having to rip it off is going to be a problem.5. Filling the barrel is through a sliding door. And to control amount being fed in one feeding, you leave the door open to whatever extent allows the right amount to fall through when the barrel rotates and the opening is now on the bottom. This opening is on one end of the barrel, and this is going to be a problem when the barrel is less full -- it would be simple for the rotating food to simply miss the opening, resulting a zero-amount feeding. And I witnessed that exact thing happen when testing the unit. All in all, not worth trusting. I'm only away for a few days, so I'm not too worried, but for anything longer term, I'd never consider this. It's a throw-away.Positive:- Instructions are okay - diagrams are useful. Setup section is very confusing, partly due to the incredibly tiny text in parts of the very low-contract display.- Does basically work, if you keep the food barrel full enough.
