Tetra Gun Lubricant

Oils well no running

I have used this product for years and found it to be one of the vest products available.

I have had great results using this with my 1911 ! Highly recommend it... just remember though, this is intended as a LUBRICANT - it is not gun “oil” per se, and isn’t a storage preservative. I’ve seen reviews in various places expressing concern about rust-prevention quality: 1) I have NOT had that problem when I’ve stored mine with it, and 2) lubricants are made for moving parts in use.I’ve been switching to Tetra products for all my cleaning. Haven’t had a problem yet with anything Tetra!

I have used Tetra polymer lubricant exclusively in my gunsmith business for 20 years. The ability to penetrate metal makes it number one in my estimation. In my gunshop every gun on display had a coat of Tetra. I never worried about fingerprints causing any damage and I dId not have to wipe down after showing. Expert experimental riflemen used Tetra in their barrels after cleaning and their shot groups were very much closer together compared to without it. I will recommend Tetra for all precision macinery. Used on metal, plastic, or wood is an excellent lubricant. Does not leave an oily residue when rubbed in. Great for storage as it does not attract, nor catch any dust. Cherokee Gunsmith!

Great product would highly recommend

Well do this lovely state of ny. I haven’t been able to shoot a lot because you can’t find bullets anywhere. So when I do I only put about 50 rounds out of each gun so I can’t say how long it would exactly last. I ran it in an ar,1911, diamondback 9mm which is like a Glock. It held up fine and seems to stay in place where you put it. All guns ran fine and smooth. Even in storage after 3 months of not being touched I didn’t notice and drying up everything was still wet. Anyways it’s a thicker oil I recommend getting a different bottle with a needle to get better precision application. I’ve tested it when it was about 80° Out and when it was 20°. Not difference in performance. Even with mag dumps. I do think there is better out there but the price is affordable and it seems pretty damn good !

Great product and fast shipping.

This is my "oil and put away protection" I prefer to use on exteriors and in barrels when guns will be put away for a while. Storing aside, this is an all around great gun lube for all areas that needs lubrication in all types of weapons.
