Excellent product
The media could not be loaded. A must have product for all the cat parents..my cats are loving it and enjoying it

Don’t buy this, filters not available
I request you to not buy this as the filter is a non-standard type which is not available anywhere. I used the water fountain for 2 months but now it’s just sitting and it doesn’t work without the filter.

Quiet, modern, elegant design
The media could not be loaded. Works well, my cat is scared of this fountain but i hope she will get around it , also i didn't find the USB adapter in the box (adapter image is included in product images ) , but i had to use a old usb adapter to get the job done.

Go for other brands
One of my cats liked the fountain and is happy to drink from it, but go for other brands. The original filter was damaged in 2 weeks, and the charcoal / resin filter used is not of a standard size / shape. You won't find a replacement easily, the brand website doesn't stock it either, so you'll be left with a pretty useless fountain.

Nice product
Good product with a great build quality. Silent operation. LED color indicates water presence or absence. Single filter which is not placed that effectively. Another issue I faced is this product is not getting closed properly.

Works great but cannot find replacement filters
The product in itself works great but the fact that you cannot buy replacement filter should be a major deterrent. It's a one time use until the filters last and then you need to buy another fountain altogether.Not at all recommended.

My cat loves it
When I had a bowl earlier - Sylvester kept emptying all the water out of the bowl trying to play with the water.. so I researched what made cats Do that and learnt that they like playing with shallow water.. which is why I decided to buy this and give it a shot.. and it’s great .. he doesn’t try to empty it out and gets his dose of water play.
