This definitely works wonders.. I have energy without crashing stay active with feeling drained from work at work. Stools come quick after I eat which is a plus for me. Eating habits same but I can go all day without eating or eating small portions and be ok.

To begin with natures bounty products are pretty good ... this one i ordered but only tried 2 then I put them safely away until I got back from camping...from the 2 I tried I did have less fatigueness a little more energy...just to soon to tell if theu really work .. starting them tomorrow to keep up with them..Will keep you posted

I started using this in May. There was no stomach pain or nauseous feelings from it. Im not feeling hungry and I've lost some weight. But I have a lot of energy lately. So I put it on a monthly subscription.

It’s okay. Gave me a little energy boost, but I didn’t notice much fat loss. Easy to take, no side effects. Might work better for others.

This doesn't work at all. I feel nothing. Not even suppressing my appetite. Then I stupidly bought 2 bottles. I thought the 1st bottle cuz be a dude, I opened the 2nd bottle started taking those and nope nothing. Let me hold ur hand when I say this, this ain't it. Buy something else.
