I received this yesterday(6/30/25) so I haven't started to use it. However, this is exactly what I wanted, probiotics that enhances my health without the false promises at big prices.

High quality and it works

I've tried a bunch of different prebiotic/probiotic blends. This one isn't my favorite, but it's still effective.This formulation kept me regular, but as far as 'consistency' was concerned, it wasn't the best I've tried.I also generally like to have a single pill serving size, and this product recommends two capsules daily.There's cheaper options for probiotic strains that I find more effective, but if this particular strain works best for you, this isn't a bad option.

Got these to help with digestion and some recent gut problems. I have been taking them for a week and the problems have been reduced. Are they because of these, not sure, but I will continue to take them and try to get the help I am looking for. They do not have a bad taste or smell and are easy to swallow. The bottle was well sealed when it arrived. The pills are small and easy to swallow and should help with stomach health. The price is right for a good quality product.

It is difficult to know if these are a good value or effective. I've taken them for over a week and haven't really noticed anything different overall: nothing particularly positive or negative. The packaging is excessive and large for the quantity of supplements in the package -- while this looks very professional and expensive it seems to be a waste of plastic/packaging. If the price per unit is similar to other items then I'd say it is a fair value, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this if it is significantly more expensive. It seems like you're paying for packaging more than the supplement.
