Some tips though: If you're using this without applying decent meals, or exercise, you might run into problems (it'll take longer to go into effect).That said, I recommend doing (at minimum); after a meal of course, a session of 30 reverse navy pushups, 30 regular navy pushups, 2mins of planking (hold pushup position but don't got down; as well, flex abs and hold position/flex), 60 squats.
