Perfect pampaasim! (sourness)
Perfect sinigang mix for your sinigang dishes. I use this not only for sinigang but as a twist, I add it to in my tinola, pinapaitan, and many more. I like sour viand. Packet is easy to use. You can't go wrong with the classic Knorr Sinigang Mix. Staple to every Pearl of the Orient people household.

Sinigang
I love Knorr products. Cheaper to order these online than buying them at the local Asian grocery store.

Delicious seasoning packet!!
These are a stable in our household, especially for me and my kids being Filipino/American. This tamarind/sour tasting seasoning packet is the best there is!! The value for the money is good! I used to buy these from my Asian market at a much higher cost. I will continue to purchase every time I run out of packets.

Favorite dip
I have been buying this product for 40 years. I bought several packages and gave some of them as gifts. My only complaint is they were a little hard considering they should be soft leeks so I was wondering if maybe they were a little stale, but they still were tasty.

Absolutely love nor soup mixes. It’s very hard to find leak in the store. LEEK so I went to Amazon and sure enough I found it. I don’t use it for soup. I use it for dips. I am not a fan of onion dip because it’s too onion tasting, but the leek nor dip is perfect, and all I do is add container of sour cream and one package of door leaked dip. I mix it all together and put it in the refrigerator. Everyone goes crazy every time I bring it somewhere they ask me how I make it usually keep containers of vegetables in the refrigerator take them out and just use it for dip with my vegetables. It’s delicious. You need to try it.

Important Ingredient!
This is a very important ingredient in the breakfast casserole I make from The Frugal Gourmet every Thanksgiving. Try it, it's a family favorite:FrittortaPrep Time: minutesCook Time: minutesTotal Time: 60 minutesServing Size: 8Ingredients1 cup long-grain rice1 cupChicken Soup Stock or canned chicken broth1 cup water1 stick butter, melted (Use microwave.)1 pint small-curd cottage cheese1 cup diced (1/8-inch pieces) salami1 envelope Knorr Swiss leek soup mix1 tsp each garlic salt, onion salt, freshly ground black pepper12 eggs1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained2 tbsp butter for greasing baking dish1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheesePreparationCook the rice in the broth and water. When cooked, place in a large bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well and add the cottage cheese, salami, soup mix, and salts and pepper. Beat 9 eggs and stir into the mixture. Add the drained spinach and mix well.Grease an 11 X 16 x 1-inch baking dish with the remaining butter. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese on the bottom of the dish. Add the rice mixture and smooth out the top. Beat the remaining 3 eggs and pour over the top of the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes. After cooling a bit, cut into small serving pieces. The dish sets up better if it is made a day in advance. A quick reheating is no work at all.
