carried in the tiny mouths of little bees :)
Oh, to think this was created by the tiny mouths of hundreds of little bees just for me—it's touching and heartwarming! You can almost taste their little mouths. 😊On a serious note, this raw honey is really good value for money. As long as I find it at a special price, I will keep buying it. I'm also excited to explore some of the other varieties they sell.Is it better than store-bought? Who knows! This honey has a distinctly different taste, but I love the size and its unique flavor. It’s made from buckwheat, and I’ve never tried that in stores, so I can't compare. This experience and that of a photoshoot I have planned has inspired me to dig deeper into how honey is produced. I love it! It's such a healthy food, and I’m planning to use it as a substitute for sugar in my biscuits. The Sweet Science of HoneyHoney is a delightful marvel created by our buzzing friends, the bees! Here’s a humorous and sweet take on this golden treat:Bee-licious Creation: Did you know that honey is essentially made from bees "chucking up" their food? Yep, those little pollinators transform nectar into a sweet masterpiece through a process that involves regurgitation—think of it as nature's own version of “sick” tasting good enough to jar!The Sweetest “Sick”: If only our “sick” could taste like honey! Imagine selling your own unique flavors in jars. Who wouldn’t want to try “Citrus Surprise” or “Minty Delight”? The thought alone is enough to make anyone chuckle!Health Benefits: Beyond the giggles, honey is packed with antioxidants and has soothing properties. It's a natural remedy for sore throats and can add a touch of sweetness to teas and recipes.Versatile Ingredient: Whether drizzled on toast, mixed into yogurt, or used in baking, honey is a culinary superstar! It’s definitely worth keeping a jar or two on hand—just don’t tell the bees it's “chucked up” food! 😅In conclusion, honey is not just a sweet treat; it’s a fun conversation starter about the wonders of nature. So next time you enjoy this golden goodness, remember the bees and their rather amusing method of production!

I don’t understand some reviews…
I ordered the buckwheat honey. It was filled to the top of the jar, with a small foam on the top. It’s thick, and dark (carmel-ish). Taste? It has a little tiny bit sour note. Smell? In a jar, it has a delicate smell, of something earthy, but when dissolved in tea, it smells like honey. I bought the buckwheat one as I searched that it has the health benefits that I looked for. It’s definitely a strong tasting honey but honestly I don’t understand some of the reviews people saying they don’t like it, or that it smells etc. Listen, this honey is from a farm, it’s not filtered FOR A REASON, and that’s why your supermarket honey tastes sooo good, becasue it’s not good for you health. Technically many natural foods/drinks/supplements etc don’t taste fabulous. The most processed foods have the best taste. All I’ll say is this. It tastes god, textured is good, all I really hope for that this honey is authentic in a way of being raw, unfiltered, certified etc (because I’m wondering about the low the price). Overall, I recommend.

A Truly Exceptional Honey, Rich, Raw, and Full of Character
I was genuinely impressed by the quality of this Pure Raw Buckwheat Honey. From the first spoonful, you can tell it’s 100% natural, unfiltered, unheated, and full of depth. Its strong earthy aroma and bold, slightly malty flavour are exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not your typical sweet honey, this one has real character! You can really taste the purity. Will definitely be buying again!

Acacia scent and very thick consistency
It's good honey, but my wife does not like the scent of Acacia honey, which this smells of. Kids and I are fine. It's really thick, not runny, so much more manageable than runny pasteurized honey.

Smooth and Satisfying - Packaged extremely well.
I was expecting runny hunny, but this honey is solid. I stood it in a jar of hot water for a few hours in the hope that it would become runny, but that did not happen. Besides this mishap, I can tell you in all honesty that this honey is absolutely delicious. a teaspoon is fabulous in tea or coffee. I keep it in the airing cupboard where the water tank is, that cupboard is always warm, so it ensures ease of spread and that the honey can be easily extracted from the jar using a teaspoon and . The smell and taste is sweet but subtle. There was a little crystallisation on the top of the honey when I first opened the jar, but nothing horrifying. The honey is light in colour, and subtle in taste. The texture is smooth and satisfying. Its not runny at all, however it is perfectly good honey and I am able to cook with it and use it for drinks and various recipes.

I urge you to give it a try!
Proper honey! This is delicious honey and great value in a large jar. It smells and tastes like it should do. If you've only ever tried Gales or a supermarket blended honey, this may taste odd to you. Another reviewer said it was like a farmyard smell. That made me laugh. I know what they mean, but this is how the honey is supposed to smell. I recommend anyone give this honey a try - you won't go back to your sterile, sugar-fed-bee, zero-nutrient honey again.

Raw Honey..highly recommend
This is my second order. I have not tried this buckwheat flavour. I have just finished the wildflower raw honey that was absolutely amazing. I used it for many things and it complimented all use. The package is secure, clean and well presented.
