Tasty, healthy and refreshing

The tea flavour is good and refreshing, however, from the tea bag the leaves take an escape. The inside of the packaging has a plastic packaging which came tore for me and one tea bag open. Its good tho the packaging is bit of an issue for me.

I drink this everyday at night, around 20 minutes before sleeping. It's effect is instant- you will feel calm and sleepy. It's good if you have anxiety/stress/ struggle with calming down to sleep.the taste is good too. i can drink it without any honey. quality of tea bags is great, the smell isn't too strong. this is the perfect drink to end your day with in winters!

Tastes very nice. I usually make it with two tablespoons of honey and about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I feel relaxed after I do drink it (before bed). The colour is very pleasing to look at, it's a deep blue before the lemon juice goes in. My sister was quite fascinated to see the change. The tea quality is good. I leave it to steep for 5 minutes in hot water before I drink it. I haven't tried it with milk or iced but I am sure I will soon. It has plenty of health benefits in the long term too, go for it!
