Great for your money
I love this computer. It was easy to set up minus the wait for updates. It has a great resolution and plays the one game I always would play on my phone. I keep miss the A and get S but other than that I love the keyboard feel. I got it in 2 days, I only use it for surfing the net, watching twitch and now playing some basic card games. Definitely a great purchase!

Fast Boot Up - No Functionality Issues So Far - Pretty Decent Value
This is my first time using an Acer laptop, but I've had an Acer desktop computer for years, which I've really enjoyed. I've been very happy with the quality, performance, and ease-of-use so far with this laptop. The main reasons I considered purchasing this particular model included the solid state drive, the decent amount of RAM at 16GB, the WiFi-6 capabilities, and the reasonably good amount of storage space. Also, it provides quite a number of ports, so I can attach all the accessories and portables that I want. What I appreciate the most so far is definitely the solid state drive. I've been using those for years, and I just love how fast they are. Booting up the computer takes seconds, and I'm ready to go. Overall, I do like the design of this laptop. The keyboard has a nice feel to it, and my only tiny complaint there is the layout format of the 10-Key pad. I work in Accounting and Bookkeeping, and I'm used to a certain layout, which this pad doesn't really offer. Some of the operation keys aren't where I'm used to having them, but I can still accomplish what I need to do. I don't use this for its gaming, so I can't speak to how well it performs there. However, as just a nice home office laptop that is fairly light weight and performs well, I'm happy with it so far.

Does what I needed it to....
This thing got such great reviews, and my desktop computer took a dump, so I ordered a returned model to save a few more bucks. For the most part, it has been fine. I'm not a computer builder or high knowledge person like some of the reviewers of this product are, but I simply needed something to surf the net, check email, and pay bills. One thing it does that makes me mad, and I'm guessing it might be why it was returned, is that sometimes for no reason whatsoever, the cursor will just freeze up, and the entire screen will then be frozen, and I'll have to reboot. It does it a little more often than I would think would be normal. I also have a hard time typing on the keyboard as it is so flat and undefined that my fingers get lost. But I imagine that all laptops these days are this way. I wouldn't know, as this is my first recent laptop I have owned. But it is definitely worth the money I paid for it so far. It also powers up really fast, which is a nice change compared to the computers I've had in the past. Hope it lasts a long, long time.

Solid Performance and Great Value
I’ve been using this Acer laptop for a few weeks now, and it’s been a reliable companion for both work and entertainment. The performance is smooth for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and light multitasking. The display is clear and vibrant, and the keyboard feels comfortable for extended typing sessions. Battery life lasts well through a typical workday. For the price, this laptop offers excellent value without compromising quality. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, dependable device.

Work computer for me
I haven't had this long and I use it for work. Great computer for what I need it for, which is just emails and office stuff. I don't know how it will handle a game but the battery life, with me, is about 5 or so hours.

Been using it for about a month and so far so good.
So far so good, I love the feel of this laptop, I went and looked at it in a store first before ordering since Amazon had a better price. It feels more premium and durable, not super cheap and plasticy, the keyboard also is soft and feels good, not cheap and loud typing. It's very fast and the screen is great color and resolution wise.

Good, but could be better!
It's a Ryzen 5 but it feels like a Ryzen 3, it's not as fast as I expected and after several months, the key equivalent to the letter B started to fail and sometimes when I press it, I have to wait for the key to rise... little by little. This is the bad part of the product. The good thing is the backlit keyboard and in low light conditions it is very useful, and it doesn't get as hot as other laptops. Overall, it's fine, but for the price I expected something better.

More than satisified at this price point. Good Value.
Pretty Happy overall. I upgraded to the Ryzen 5 from 3 that was initially listed. I wanted at least 8 GB of RAM but the upgrade set it to 16 GB which is great but more than I will ever need. The Amazon listing on the RAM size was a bit vague. I was satisfied with at least 8 GB. Upgrade also switched the screen to touch. I generally hate touch but so far its OK. I had to fight the BIOS and set a password to reload with Linux but it only took a bit of research over a few minutes. The POWER button looks like anything else on the keyboard and I struggled with that for a bit. Included docs did not help very much. NumPad is fine for editing and cursor control but undersized for normal 10 Key data entry which I can do.
