Gluten free and makes the best tofu
From the other legumes I have made tofu out of these are the best. I didn't get sick so these are definitely gluten free or free of grains and will repurchase in the future.

Hi quality Fava beans
Falafel turn very nice,I make Falafel with it.

Grease on packaging and chemical smell in beans
The outer bag has what feels like a thin layer of kitchen grease on it, like it was stored next to where food is fried.When I opened the bag there is a smell very similar to Mr. Clean coming out of the bag. Not eating these.

Small beans
When looking at this, many people will be thinking of full-size broad beans, which are a fairly large bean. Be aware that these are tiny. They are more the size of white beans - and even then much of what is in the package is broken into smaller pieces. These beans might be good for cooking into soup, or something, but won't make what we'd normally think of as a broad bean dish.

Caution Before Eating Raw
Disappointed in this product, as it is suppose to be beneficial for health. After researching this product, which I should have done before purchasing, this product could be toxic if eaten raw and needs to be soaked 12 hours before consuming.
