So far so good I have it in my garage it negative temps outside right now..its works great even got it to 105 ..I have a extra insulation cover I made to help keep the heat i so far so good

We bought this last fall as a Christmas present to ourselves. First off it leaked around the drain on the first fill. The book said to buy some marine sealer caulk to stop the leak. It did. It happens so often that they put it in the instruction book. Within a few weeks the inside of the cover began to flake off into the water. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and said they would send a replacement cover. I never received it. most of the inside of the cover is trash at this point. Then just before Christmas the heater /pump died.since I was 5 days past the return deadline. I was left to replace it myself at a cost of almost $300

For the price I believe it was a good deal sturdy is everything a hot tub should be except an expensive hot tub

Water doesnt get hot enough and product support is non existent - avoid this seller and product

Hot tub does not heat up

Does not work, mine won't heat up past 90 degrees, ive changed the filters, water, I've done everything and it still wont work. They wouldn't even respond to me back when i bought. So now im stuck with a broken hot tub that dont work. Would not recommend.
