Best bang for your buck. Has all the essential vitamins plus iron. I suggest taking it with food, some people can take it without food and not feel nauseous or upset stomach but I had to eat with it. Helps with fatigue. Best bariatric vitamin that I have used.

Good product for Bariatric Supplement Vitamin or someone with metabolic issues and I do like the fact theres no additives with simple ingredient list. Comes in a capsule size for easy to swallow. For effective, quick absorption Id recommend eating with just to avoid any upset stomach.

There is no scent tab in these. Which is why I switched to this brand and that it's an all in one once a day. I had a horrible reaction to them and my old brand is no longer available without the things.

These vitamins seem to be agreeing with me and contain Balance vitamins as I was looking for. The only negative is that there are a little large to swallow but tolerable. No bad taste that I’ve noticed..

This Bariatric complete vitamin does not have a funky smell like others I have tried and does not make you nauseous. Also a more affordable than the brand sold to you at Bariatric doctors office.

I had bariatric surgery in 23. The contents are all bout the same just has a tad more in some areas and less in other. It is easy to swallow. I make sure it has iron as I am now anemic. Great value for this product.
